Medical Appointment Office

We are happy to offer this secondary medical appointment only office only 1/2 of a mile away from the original Boger's Shoes location in 5 Points.

In 2023 we relocated our retail and main medical facility to Orange Park on Blanding Blvd. The new location is much larger and has private parking to better serve our customers. 

We understand that the drive to Orange Park may not be the most convenient option for some of our patients so we were blessed to find this office space in riverside. Goodwin also has a convenience private parking lot and easy access.
